I then tried to install a networked LPD NETGEAR PS110 Print Server as before. Same results as detailed in this bug report history. This may not be a cups bug, or even a printing system bug, but it is definitely a bug in some FC3T2 component that is stopping LPD print server network printing from working.

Anyone depending on a networked LPD print server for printing will not be able to use FC3 until this is fixed.
