Our test shots revealed strong inaccuracy across the whole spectrum, particularly blues, which lead us to think this was a white balance issue.
As illustrated in our test charts, many shades of blue turned out grey. We tried playing with the white balance presets and using Fujifilm FinePix S5700 custom mode, but it didn't have a big impact. The error is just high enough to be readily visible in regular photographs and will irritate some users.

I owned this camera and thought Fujifilm FinePix S5700 I would be a smartee and upgrade. Well it turned out the upgrade and more expensive camera didnt do what this little beauty could.
I had even given my original camera away to my son. When my new equipment arrived and I discovered that Fujifilm FinePix S5700 new one didnt take the quality of pic, nor did it have the excellent macro capability and that the new one, while more Fujifilm FinePix S5700, and a little more flexible with night shooting, just wasnt the same - I repurchased this one.
